Brsk have been easy to deal with setting up. Speeds good so far! Fitter was efficient but needed help. Couldn't find outside hub despite the fact it said BT on it, left all the packaging behind for us to deal with and left all the dust from drilling etc for us to tend to. Not the "we clean up after ourselves" service they claim...
Dale handled the installation. He was very friendly and professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We were extremely pleased with his service and attitude.Right after installation, we’re getting 700 Mbps, and Dale said the speed will keep climbing until it hits the full 1,000 Mbps we pay for. It’s yet to confirm at the time of writing this review.
TODAY,Marc was amazing and so helpful. A true gent and a credit to Brsk.He corrected an incomplete attempt to install from a visit on Wednesday. Whether 1% or 99% efficient it was not 100% and therefore not good enough I’m sorry to say.I was left believing after an hour or so the gremlins would iron out any problems in the installation BUT, 6hours later I phoned complaints for help/ instructors.A very pleasant and polite lady tried to instruct me but at 76 I failed.Mark came today, Thursday, and added 1 cable for success. He worked above and beyond to give appreciated satisfaction.Thank you Mark.L D Troth.
Brilliant experience asked the guy where he was from due to his #HeartRadio fake Americans show while he was working different accent. South Africa, I said I knew it was that. Fast, professional and thorough. He installed everything perfectly, explained, set up my TV and new channel box and gaming system from BRSK to supplement XBOX and made sure all was sorted and that I was happy. I couldnt make him a pot of tea so got him a large latte from Dunkin and KFC at £4.95 and was happy to do so. He installed all my apps and he was a throughly nice lad. Placed my order yesterday afternoon, got a Black Friday 18 month contract and am well Thanksgiving Rachel Reeves happy. Thoroughly professional job. I would recommend [ Mr Jacques] to anyone. I really would.
