I had a fantastic experience when I asked the technician about his background due to his unique accent. He was quick, professional, and meticulous. He installed everything flawlessly, set up my TV, new channel box, and gaming system to complement my existing setup, ensuring everything was in order and that I was satisfied. Although I couldn't offer him a cup of tea, I treated him to a large latte and some food, which I was more than happy to do. He also installed all my apps and was genuinely a nice person. I placed my order the previous afternoon, took advantage of a great contract, and couldn't be more pleased. It was a thoroughly professional job, and I would highly recommend the technician to anyone.
EDIT: Dropped two stars for the recent data breach, not even a day after I got my broadband installed. Not good Brsk! Get your act together, this is embarrassing. Brsk seems awesome so far. My installation was completed this morning (after a revisit from last night after there were some minor issues).Now I can finally stop worrying about bad WiFi speeds and get on with what matters in life! Good broadband is essential these days and Brsk seems to be offering that for a much more competitive price.Nathan (the engineer) was brilliant and very effective in his work. He went the extra mile and I was impressed by his experience + work ethic. I even discussed the process with him as he was installing it and learnt a few things along the way, how interesting!Good luck to him in all he goes on to do in life. All the best.
