Review Time
I am only 725mbps when i am paying for 2000mbps. i have try to get help from the brsk . i had one of there customer support team she told me unplug the power to the internet hub and the one one the wall and wait 15 mins she said that she would ring me back in 10 mins but she never called back.
Liam O' Faolain the engineer is great and professional , he did the job brilliant.Thank you Liam 👍BRSK sales customer service is not great, they cancelled my order without a reason and caused me a lot of troubles without wifi for 10 days !!
Had a few questions on the new set up that required an engineer call out. Scott,the Brsk engineer who came round was excellent and helped resolve all issues. Very informative and took the time to run a full diagnostic check and explain how everything worked.
