Whilst their internet service may be great, their selling practices leave a lot to be desired.Welcome to BRSK—the modern-day equivalent of door-to-door vacuum cleaner sales.I’ve had multiple salespeople knock on my door promoting their product, and on several occasions, I’ve told them I’m not interested and asked to be removed from their list. Despite this, the visits keep happening.Get a clue and leave me alone!!!
My recent interaction with Romaisa from BRYSK's customer support was exceptional. Her professional demeanor, combined with a friendly and approachable attitude, made addressing my concerns a seamless process. Romaisa was particularly helpful in resolving my issue, demonstrating both efficiency and a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience. Her assistance was invaluable, and I commend Romaisa for her outstanding support.
The 5* is purely for the first engineer who installed everything in matt morley who went absolutely above and beyond trying to get me connected and get me internet access he chased up brsk for me to try and get it sorted and did everything he could, also a special mention to the engineers who came out the final time i didnt catch there names but they managed to sort the issue and get my internet up and running and were extremely helpful too, customer services however are scraping it to be given 1* over the 4 days without internet there lack of communication with both myself and the engineers is alot to be desired to be told to do hard resets, check cables are in and just passing everything back to everyone else they werent in the slightest bit helpful but again cannot fault the lads who installed and helped fix the issue
BRSK customers have just been informed that a data breach has allowed all personal details to be lost to third party hackers. This includes home addresses, contact numbers and names. I would avoid this company until they grow their infrastructure and take personal data security seriously.
DO NOT USE!!Absolutely appalling experience with BRSK — I’ve never felt so vulnerable.I’m completely shocked and furious. Today I received an email from BRSK informing me that my personal data has been leaked and stolen from their system. What makes this even worse is that I’m not even a customer — I considered joining, but cancelled before installation, and yet somehow my details were still held in their system long enough to be stolen.To make matters even more alarming, a direct debit was taken from my account despite the fact that I NEVER became a customer. This has left me feeling exposed, unsafe, and genuinely distressed. I trusted them with my information briefly and now scammers have access to my details because of their failure to protect it.I tried calling customer services, desperate to speak to a human being, but all I got was what felt like an automated robot that offered no real help, reassurance, or clarity. No compassion, no explanation — nothing. It’s terrifying to feel this vulnerable and not be able to reach anyone who can actually support you.I am extremely disappointed and shaken by this whole situation. BRSK should be doing MUCH more to protect people’s personal data and provide real customer support when something this serious happens. Right now, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you’re thinking of joining BRSK it’s a big risk!
