What can I say Sam visited my property to fault find/replace my router he was professional and polite the whole way through and made the whole process just easy it's experiences like these that make you want to stay with a provider friendly people make a business and Sam is certainly one of those please keep people like this around.
Well it’s got even worse now, restarted and restarted and the only way to get a good connection is through Ethernet cable, it says poor signal strength WiFi and has now brought up another router name, so have 3 router names of the same.This is the worst service ever.And there’s no phone number to talk to someone.
