Engineer who came to fit the cable was excellent- Matt- he was extremely respectful of my home and between us we came up with a solution whereby the wires were discreetly attached and my brand new rendering was untouched. The salesman - Neil- however was a very different matter. He deliberately lied and deceived me. I asked if my house needed to be drilled on numerous occasions and his response was no. I had already told him that I had cancelled a hard wire installation from Sky as they had misled me regarding the drilling of my property. He said the engineer would run a wire along the existing phone line (incorrect) and a small box attached to the line with absolutely no drilling to my property- total lies. Please be aware that the wires need to go through your wall to a box installed within your home.
Very good install. Lee L was professional and courteous. When we hit a problem with the initial part of the setup on the pole, he was open to a solution that wouldn't have left me without loosing internet access switching from a different provider untill the issue could have been fixed. Thankfully the issue was rectified at the distribution side before the our set up was fully connected and we didn't need to use the old VM line, and the New BRSK Fibre line works flawlessly.
After some idiot decided to take out the pole (deliberately), everyone in the area was left without any Internet. I contacted BRSK who acknowledged the reason, sent me a photo via email of the damaged pole. The engineers worked solidly trying to restore the service. I had good communication from customer services, with follow up emails to check everything was working again.
