Had a problem with the fibre optic cable which came out of the hub, so phoned Brsk on the 0330 number but if they phone you it comes pops up as a spam number which obviously gets blocked. I managed to get in touch and they sent two lads out to me who working locally and managed to reconnect my WiFi so brilliant stuff.But as a footnote I think you need to have a look at this phone number you have to stop any confusion with customers.
Your installation engineer Barry, was amazing! Very professional, polite and kept us informed all the way through the installation process. He's a real credit to your company and I would happily recommend BRSK to anybody thinking about considering switching. Keep up the good work Barry!
