Review Time
We had upgraded our speeds from 1000mg to 2000mg when it went live we tested the speed and was still only receiving 1000mg.. after contacting them we was informed that the router didnt support the new upgraded speed. The company upgraded us and didnt tell us this, had we not checked they wouldn't of informed us. (How many more customers have been miss sold) they took the new higer price dd quick enough though.. after weeks of asking for a new router they sent an engineer out today ( as apparently they cant post rourers out)whom turned up plugged it in and said they should of just sent it in post! Id advise anyone to check they are receiving the speeds they are paying for as they would of happily charged us for the foreseeable knowing we wasnt getting what we paid for!
My customer agent was Shannon Heins. She was lovely to talk to and walked me through the process of finding my fault. Shannon was very patient and helpful throughout. The issue was sorted and I learnt a bit on the way. My experience was stress free and Shannon is a great asset to the team. Good job Brsk 👍👍
This review has now been edited, I did not write this review, but I thought it would be best to leave it to show.Scott Kelly didn’t even get his tools out, so I’m not sure why he is saying he works wonders? None that I seen.He asked me if I could leave a review and I said yes, when I struggled logging in as I am not very technical, he offered to help. He took my phone, and asked for my password, and a couple minutes later he said “yep that’s done” and left.Then later on that evening I got a notification saying “thank you for your review” I checked and seen this, under my name.All he did was unplug a cable, and plug it into a different port, and tried to make it sound like it was our fault. Lo and behold, the issue is STILL not fixed and we are getting fractions of the speeds we are offered.Not to mention we actually caught him in a lie, my son had to leave and saw a BRSK van outside and told him I was in. He replied with he rang the ring doorbell, which never had any detections or any ring (the doorbell works fine on these terrible speeds). He was waiting to sign the visit off as no answer.We have ANOTHER call back with the support team tomorrow and if that is fruitless then we will be leaving and returning to Vodafone.Was getting avg 1.3Gbps on Vodafone (1Gbps plan) but now we moved to BRSK we are getting 600-900mbps (2Gbps plan). Absolute shambles of a company, and even if our issue ends up getting fixed, our trust for this company has dwindled down to nothing.Here is the review your “engineer” left about himself:Scott Kelly works wonders with his tools he sorted problems very quickly cheers scott
