Review Time
I have switched providers to BRSK. During the switch I encountered a few problems which BRSK Liam & Lesego have rectified. It was not the fault of BRSK as it turned out. Liam has done a fantastic job of sorting it all out, he arranged for Lesego to call which he did today, he was wonderful & has managed to get the land line working, this was very important for me. Customer Service has been very good. They are professional, caring and called me back when promised which is refreshing in this day & age. We are elderly & never felt talked down to & have been treated with a lot of respect. Thank you BRSK I will be recommending you.
Very pleased with he device I received from Lee-Roy W today. He called me back at a time convenient me and was very friendly, polite and professional. Waseem came out to investigate an ongoing issue with my new installation following lengthy discussions with customer service. Waseem was excellent. Very friendly and professional. His investigation was thorough and honest, resulting in the router being replaced for a better version. Couldn’t have asked for better support from Waseem.
Liam o great service couldn’t have asked for anyone better honestly really happy I got Liam straight to the point fixed my Wi-Fi and even better gave some advice on placing it in a better position would give 10 stars if possible thanks Liam keep it up
