I deeply regret switching to Brsk. I'm so disappointed. The internet I had before just worked. Since switching to Brsk, firstly I wasn't impressed with the installation - they made a mess on the stonework on the outside wall and installed the wire too close to the window and ran the cable at an angle.But that wouldn't matter if the internet worked as expected. It has been slower than it should be, but it's very variable. I'm paying for 1000Mbit. In speed tests it seems to be about 900Mbit, but very often I struggle to get over 500KB/sec when downloading something, and in some cases it slows to a crawl - below 60KB/sec. It seems to happen every night from about 8pm to 11pm.I also notice that at any time of day it's unreliable - sometimes pages won't load for a few seconds, and then suddenly appear. It seems like there is high latency on the line and packet loss.This all culminated with the service seemingly having some kind of incident since yesterday with a lot of people affected based on social media posts (none of which have had responses).I can barely access the internet at all, websites take 60 seconds to load, pings are very high. It has bursts where it works and then doesn't work. Speed tests showing 7Mbit, or lower.Support is non-existent. They don't respond via email. Their social media is dead and reports no incidents. If you phone them, they say "we're aware of an incident". We'll see how many days it takes them to sort it out.To me it seems like a small under-staffed company that's still finding its feet, so be cautious switching to them. I'm stuck with this for 18 months now.
