I recently had Joe and his team come out to tackle a significant job, removing a very large established pine tree and tidying up a full hedgerow of conifers. From start to finish, I couldn't have been more impressed. Before work began, I raised a concern about how low the conifers might be cut, something I was genuinely worried about. Joe didn't just listen politely he took the time to properly understand what I wanted, explained his approach and made sure the result matched my expectations perfectly. That kind of care and attentiveness is rare and it made all the difference.
The work itself was carried out efficiently and professionally, with zero disruption to my day. The team worked with quiet confidence, clearly knowing their craft and when the job was don they left my garden absolutely spotless not a branch, chip, or leaf out of place. The whole area was cleaner than when they arrived. The results speak for themselves: a beautifully shaped hedgerow, an expertly removed pine and a garden looking better than ever. We have 2 large sycamore trees on an awkward steep slope in our garden along with a cherry blossom on the flat. We needed all to be reduced and the BTS team did a thoroughly professional job over 2 days. We were given a good explanation each day of what would be done and at the end of the job the site was all tidied up and all debris removed. BTS team very polite and courteous throughout. Looking forward to seeing the reshaped canopies grow as we move into spring/summer. Would highly recommend.
Compared to any other tree guys we've used this was a 5 star job. Not the cheapest but quality and professionalism costs money. Presentable, local, articulate, qualified, well-equipped, thorough, and tidy. Did they go the extra mile ? Not noticeably but Nine out of 10 is still an "A"
Joe cut our long beech hedge and trimmed back the Ivy on a very high wall. Joe has done work for us on a number of occasions. As always, the results are great with a perfectly shaped hedge and as usual, all the cuttings were cleared up afterwards. Joe has also given sensible, professional advice on our Ash Tree that has Ash die back. We are confident that we can use Joe to deal with our Tree in the future.
Joe and the team at Bollington Tree Surgery recently completed a job for me. Joe was a pleasure to deal with. He quoted immediately with a competitive price. Scheduled the job quickly and delivered. On the day he came round with a full team - all of which were extremely professional and easy to deal with. They took down three large trees dug the stumps and then cleared the entire hedge row - cleaning up with no mess. I would recommend them to anyone and great service and zero hassle. Thanks Joe!
