This company STEALS From you. I do NOT recommend this website.I paid for a premium which entitles me a discount on my next order. I did not get the discount. I contacted support who did not provide me a discount code and refused to assist me further saying they will escalate and get back to me, but never got back to me.DO NOT PAY FOR PREMIUM. You do not get discount codes for your next purchase and they refuse refunds on Premium claiming it's non refundable.
• On January 4th, 2024, I received a cancellation confirmation for Booking BA-11404513, which had identical itinerary details to Booking BA-11404566.• Due to this cancellation notice and lack of further communication from BudgetAir, I was unaware that Booking BA-11404566 was still active.• After January 4th, I did not receive any check-in reminders, flight notifications, or follow-up communications regarding this booking.• As a result, I was not aware that I had a confirmed reservation and I bought another ticket from budget air to travel to my destination. On my way back to my country i got an email that my flight is leaving and when i investigate i came to know that my ticket was not cancelled and now i have to pay for that ticket as well. which was shocking and a financial loss for me. BudgetAir’s Failure to Notify & Misleading Communication1. Lack of Post-Booking Communication: Industry standards dictate that travel agencies send multiple reminders before departure, including check-in notifications. BudgetAir failed to provide these, denying me a fair opportunity to manage or cancel my booking in time.2. Confusing & Misleading Booking Process: The existence of multiple bookings under my name (one of which was canceled) reasonably led me to believe that my reservation was no longer active. BudgetAir’s communication failure contributed directly to my unawareness.They are scammers who do not take their responsibility and do not provide further communication related to your bookings. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. SCAMMERS
Hardly any online or chat experience. I had to make a phone call and be in line for ~5-10 minutes to resolve an issue. Also, no documentation or support. I'll NOT be booking any ticket on this website, even if there are a lot of promotions being run.
