This company completely botched my reservation, getting both my name and flight dates wrong when booking with the airline. AirBudget sent me an email confirming the correct information, yet failed to pass it along accurately to the airline. When I reached out to them, they refused to take any responsibility, claiming their policy didn’t consider an incorrect name to be an issue. However, the airline itself confirmed this was a significant problem. AirBudget simply didn’t care. I was forced to call the airline myself to fix the mess they created.As if that wasn’t enough, when I tried to change the flight date that AirBudget mistakenly booked, they again refused to help, stating that their reservation system was automated and no human was involved. Due to their complete lack of accountability, I had to spend extra money on transportation and accommodation to adjust to the incorrect flight dates they decided for me.This company provides terrible service and is essentially a scam. I would never recommend using their website.
They were saying no checkin luggage in website while booking and will ask to book 20kg luggage for €33.72 which is Thai lion air giving for €20. You will ended up having extra 20kg luggage. I got know this is prepaid luggage at airport check-in. I booked for 3 people and lost €100 for luggage and I wasted 60kg. Actual ticket charge also less , they were reselling with extra amount. €50 difference for three people, noticed it e-mail send by airline. please aware of this scam before booking
I came through Sky Scanner for a great deal, to fly to Abu Dhabi. When booking the flights, on the final page of booking - the page didn’t work and came up with an error. So had to refill the details for me, which was all pre-filled. Once booked, I received flight confirmation for a different flight. So somewhere between the error something changed. I have an image of the flight I was booking also. Additionally the new flight they provided, has then had a change of time, from the one incorrectly booked.They still will not help change the flight to the original flight I wanted. Denying any error happened. Despite me trying again, and getting the same error which I sent to them. Now I’m stuck with an incorrect wrong flight, and no support. Unless I pay for the difference in getting this fixed.
Before booking it was showing fully refundable if canceled for any reason, but only after paying I received an email with the details of how much I'll get if I cancel, which is about €109 less than I paid, so I can get only 70% or less of what I paid.
You can find an affordoble ticket. However, your nightmare is going to begin just after the payment.When we think about paying a few euros less, our time will be wasted.Think about twice before purchasing.I decided not to purchase anything any more through budgetair.nlI also chatted with you Magdelena. Your (do not take it personally) problem is just trying to be polite. Being polite doesn't solve the problem. I don't mean that is unnecessary, but I felt that you just tried to make me calm down, not to solve my problem.
