In the covid time I asked for a refund of my one way ticket that was not used with Malaysia airlines. They never paid back in total it was 700 euro. Until today they never solved it. They always have send me to Malaysia airlines and they told me to contact budget air. I will never book again with them they are a big scam. There is even a Facebook group with all the horrible things they do and never paying back. So better run for them.
This company is really the worst if your flight is cancelled/changed. Their customer service is an AI bot / Indian webcare team that will always reply with the same message. They keep your money (€1600) for longer than 3 months before they (MIGHT) refund you. I had to claim the money back by filing a dispute with my creditcard company. Flights might be cheaper, but if your flight gets cancelled, good luck with getting your money back.
Yesterday, I bought a ticket through BudgetAir. I entered all my details and paid for the ticket. Later, I received an email from them saying my booking had been canceled. I contacted them by phone, but they just said, “sorry, we can’t do anything for you,” and that I’d have to wait 5 days to get my money back. Terrible service. Never buy a ticket through this company!
It’s absolutely infuriating to book tickets through Budget Air! They sneak in extra charges after the booking, taking more money from my bank, and despite countless emails and follow-ups, they completely ignore me. No reply, no refund! Their policy is a joke, and they desperately need to overhaul their customer service if they expect anyone to trust them in the future.
BudgetAir and Travix gave me the worst experience I could think of. My flight was taken off the schedule so I was forced to accept another flight, giving me a 22h overlay in Delhi instead of 2 hours I booked. Now my flight is back on the schedule but they are not willing to help me to get my original flight back and say I have to pay more than 700 euros to get my original flight. The one I booked and paid extra for so I could get a short layover.They work with an Indian callcenter which is not very helpful: people on the phone can’t help with anything and have to forward everything to specialized teams, emails don’t get a response or only a very general one. Also, not all info is given when you finally get someone on the phone so now I am stuck with a shitty ticket, extra costs and many hours spent on this without a positive result.I did not get what I booked with them. Even though the flight still exists.
Terrible service. Only chat (at least that responded fast) but couldn't tell me anything, I would get a mail. slow mail responses (like hours). No phone number to call. Nothing is possible, extra high cost that are not real, no clear answers. Was a mistake to use them.
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent customer service experience regarding. Despite purchasing a ticket from this company, I encountered significant delays in receiving responses from customer service team.The multiple interactions with different customer service representatives created confusion and frustration as I received conflicting information. This lack of consistency made it difficult to resolve my issue in a timely manner.
Terrible experience. Airlines have cancelled my flights. More than one year, i was telling that I have to be patient, to get my money back. Not so long ago, they said that I have to call to the airlines, and they should give me my money back, which is of course a lie. Now is to late for anything, and I lose money which I paid for the ticket. Avoid them at any cost, they are just liers and robbers. Eidt after your answer.Of course my flight was cancelled by the airlines, here is no doubt. I don't care, from who you have to take my money, but i suppose to get it back from you, because it was payed to you!! I've lost my money, which i paid for my ticket, that's it!!! I've never expirienced something like this. And contact you? Pardone, i've done this maybe 20 times, everything i heard only a lie, that you are busy with my case, and i have to wait. So how i can contact with you again, for what?? I'll never bought any ticket by badgetair, and i'll always tell to everyone, to avoid you!!
