I didn't receive any check-in notifications.Of course I'm aware check-in is open 24 hours before the flight. I always receive a notification from the airline. This was my first time using your service and I didn't receive the notification.

They booked me a wrong flight

They booked me a wrong flight. The tickets that I received were for not the same flight that I booked. They refused any refund. I feel that I have been cheated.

it was very terrible !!!

it was terrible! I paid for everything but a day later they wrote that there would be no one-way ticket, but they would give me a return ticket! They said that they would return the full amount to me after the refusal, but they returned only part! They deceived me! I do not recommend this company! Horrible

Scamy product and terrible support

Scamy product and terrible support. I will never book with budgetAir even again. Booking with Airline might be marginally more expensive but their terms are often much better and they are way more flexible and helpful versus the awful terms and service budgetair provides, particularly for long distance international flights.Also , their ticket type product is a SCAM . They offer Standard, Plus & Complete Tickets types priced successively higher BUT watch out for the terms as despite paying more you can end up with worse terms!
