I established my connection in April with a promised bill of 1800. However, it quickly escalated to 3600 within a few months. The service seems to exploit customers by increasing charges arbitrarily. When I reached out to customer support, they claimed it was company policy to raise prices as they saw fit. I have experienced this for eight months, and I would advise others to avoid this service.
I would have rated this service lower if possible. I subscribed to a 50 Mbps package, but after over a month, the average speed was just 15 Mbps. The connection was down for 8-12 hours almost every other day, leading me to spend more on mobile data than this provider. I strongly advise against choosing this service; any other internet provider would be a better choice. They are making huge profits but refuse to invest in improving their service. The worst ISP option in the area.
My internet experience has been extremely poor. I have tried resetting my connection, changing the Wi-Fi password, and even using an Ethernet cable, but the service remains terrible. Despite claims of high-speed fiber, it has proven to be a waste of money. Streaming videos or sending messages is nearly impossible, and loading this review took several minutes. Sometimes, calls that require internet simply don't go through, resulting in missed call notifications long after the fact.
I just got a new connection two days ago, but the internet has been down since yesterday. When I called customer support, they mentioned a fiber line break, but over 24 hours later, the problem is still not fixed. The agent also stated she couldn't file a formal complaint due to a mass outage. Poor support and service with an outage lasting more than a day.
My experience with this service has been nothing short of frustrating. After using their internet for a month, the service completely disappeared. Despite numerous complaints, they took no action. For five months, we had no internet, yet they demanded full payment for that time. Their customer service is unprofessional and irresponsible. I will never recommend this provider to anyone.
I wish I could give zero stars. While the network functions somewhat during the day, at night it drops to 3-4 Mbps despite paying for a 15 Mbps package. My experience with billing has also been frustrating, as I faced delays in payment processing. The staff seem neglectful of their duties, making it a frustrating experience overall.
While the internet speed is decent when it works, the customer service is severely lacking. Network outages can take weeks to resolve, and technicians are often unresponsive. Even when I contact support, I receive vague assurances but no actual solutions. They need to enhance their response time and accountability.
