Terrible customer service!!

The return process was a nightmare. There is no customer service phone number. Everything has to be done through AI chat or email. The order I placed 2 weeks ago (to replace the item I finally returned) still has not arrived and the AI bot was not able to find it. It said it was referring me to a human... still have not heard from one. In the future, I'll stick with LULU. The quality is better and they have a customer service number!

Best travel pants and fit 2.0 basic pant

My friend always wore your 2.O pant and he looked so thin and no wrinkles. He suggested BYLT and I ordered a pair for my husband.They arrived and he looks so good and slim that I’mGoing to order a few more colors.They’re great for travel…Leon was my customer contact and he was so efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.I’mSo happy my friend told me about BYLT and I had Leon help me with my new order.

Terrible Delivery/Customer Service

Great product, but terrible delivery and customer service. This is the second time I’ve had an order get lost and not arrive for over a month! They keep saying it’s my address, but no one else seems to have an address issue finding it! Then dealing with the costumer service is such a pain! You have to talk to a terrible AI for half an hour just to get someone real to end you an email like a week later

The sweatshirts and the few button-down…

The sweatshirts and the few button-down shirts are only okay in terms of quality. The long-sleeve and short-sleeve shirts, however, are very poor quality.The fabric stains easily and the marks don’t come out, even after being sent to the dry cleaner. The fading makes it look even worse. Overall, this is extremely disappointing and has left the client unhappy.
