Took my money and vanished

This is my first negative review, but I feel I must share - it’s been over two months since my purchase (which I tried to cancel the next day) and I still have not received my refund. I was patient when they said they couldn’t cancel the order (even though there should have been a 14-day cooling off period), and went through with the delivery intending to return it immediately. I was then informed by the courier that there were customs fees of nearly £100 that were not disclosed beforehand. At this point, I requested a return and refund. I haven't heard back in three weeks. They currently have my £400 and the watch, and I've received no updates on the refund. I have proof that it was returned. I had to contest the payment with my bank and gave fair warning before posting this to encourage a response. Still no reply. Avoid this brand - my experience suggests they have taken my money and disappeared. There are many other brands with better products, prices, and service.

A true statement piece

I purchased the white watch with the beige strap for my boyfriend's birthday. The unboxing was quite the experience! You can tell the designers focused on every detail, and the finish is exceptional. He really appreciated the leather box too. Thank you!
