Estimated delivery date missed. No communications to inform the customer of the delay. When telephoned, customer services were unable to say when the shutters would go into production. Told me to phone back in a week to chase the order. Disappointing customer service.#CS-15046

My Shutters didn't seem to fit. I contacted the firm and Tom, bless him, after several emails and photos later sorted it all out. As a thought came to him that the clips were the wrong size. I now have 2 beautiful shutters.I can't thank Tom enough for his patients and expertise. Pitty there aren't more like him. Thank you Tom.
