I was on the line for over an hour to get through to someone. The audio message they were playing whilst on hold was misleading, encouraging you to hang off and try again. When I finally got through to someone, it felt like I was speaking to a teenager, very little experience , she was reading her prompt, kept repeating same questions. I didn't feel listened. Not going to recommend this company provider to my colleagues. My previous employer ' Assistance Programme was way better.
I have now been locked out of the registration process for 4 weeks.I phoned the hotline and sat in a queue for half an hour only to be told that Canada life would call back in ten days to two weeks.Why does Canada life's system prevent their helpline from helping with this most fundamental of requests?
