Initial contact with customer service was woeful. They did not do what they promised to do it wasn't till I complained and asked to speak to a manager that I got some satisfaction. Mark Foster from retirement servicing contacted me and took ownership of the issue. I believe he went above and beyond to resolve the issue.It is a same that your Initial customer service team did not perform as well as Mark.
Very worrying wait of almost two weeks between money leaving other provider and any communication from Canada Life - really should be improved!Unforgivable delay, need to look at their internal process and compliance with requirements of customers and not just their compliance with their FCA requirements!
