Generally, service was very good, when one rings, they are able to get extremely up to date information without having to wait ad also go through 10 other depts.We had a further advance but the letter they send out is for someone just getting an equity release mortgage on a house they already have. This is not time specific whereas a further advance is time to coincide with completion.The matter that in my view is underhand is that declaring an interest rate at 7.2% per month which really works out to be 7.5% per year.
