Our IFA send partial withdrawal forms and these were received by Canada Life on 22nd December last year. We've yet to receive any cash - appalling service or lack thereof! They have started processing my and the funds moved from the Advisors platform a week ago but still nothing in our account. They have not even started processing my wife's encasement - not two month after paperwork was received. Avoid like the plague!
