I received customer service from Erder Abazi and I would say he went above and beyond to help me by providing guidance each step of the way. Erder could have just processed my request when he came across it but he made the effort to contact me and explain the situation with my Investment Bond. I feel I might have come across rude at first and he had such a lot of patience and continued to help me. I think I was difficult as I didn't understand the implications of withdrawing money from the investment bond and I am very grateful to him for being so caring. If you should deal with Erder as a customer you are in safe hands. My experience with Canada Life has been great and the bond grew, which is what you want, so thank you!
Apart from the original transaction with yourselves, I have submitted repayment sums from time to time, and have received the acknowledgement correspondence without any delays, and can confirm my total satisfaction with your organisation.
I fell that my plan took too long to set up. My advisor said I couldn’t start the process in December like I asked because my birthday wasn’t until January. Then once I complained to how long it was taking to set up. I was told my birthday had nothing to do with it so if that’s the case, why didn’t we start the process in December like I asked ?
