What a shocking company to deal with. They managed to send an order that was supposed to arrive in Merseyside to Derbyshire and then said I'd put the Derbyshire address in at checkout... I sent them back a copy of the order with proof of my address and that I hadn't got it wrong. Loads of emails to and fro and assurances they'd send the order out again, 2 weeks on it hasn't arrived. Have a feeling they've made the mistake as the person they sent my order to has the same surname. Given up chasing them and have initiated a chargeback through my bank. Maybe good for most but not helpful at all if it goes wrong. Won't be using again.
Delivery took a bit longer than expected, the plants were a bit on the dry side when received, but otherwise OK and seemed to recover quite quickly one watered and placed in a warm sunny spot - so they obviously come from good stock. Would have given 5 stars if delivery was on time (May have been down to the courier, so can’t really complain).
