Poorly organised and poor quality

Plants arrived damaged and unlabelled.I decided I would try buy British instead of continental Europe, a mistake I certainly won't make with these scammers again.Upon contacting their alleged customer service, they would only provide a refund for their errors if the items were returned at my own postage costs.Order from Farmer Gracy instead, at least they label their items and replace damaged items.
