Plants arrived damaged and unlabelled.
I decided I would try buy British instead of continental Europe, a mistake I certainly won't make with these scammers again.
Upon contacting their alleged customer service, they would only provide a refund for their errors if the items were returned at my own postage costs.
Order from Farmer Gracy instead, at least they label their items and replace damaged items.
Further to my review last week Carbeth despite there written response have made no attempt to contact me. I can also confirm that the three Pulsitallas sent to replace the dead Wallflowers are in fact Coreopsis . Its simple beyond words how bad this performance is.
The package containing our special golden anniversary gift rose plant, was broken open, and their delivery courier (Evri) , just threw the package over our fence and destroyed the plant. I've contacted carbeth plants and received no reply! Disgusting service! Wouldn't recommend this company.
I feel let down & cheated with this company. I placed an order yesterday for next day delivery with royal mail at a charge of £8.99. For this charge I would expect next day delivery by 1pm service. The order was sent by RM 24 which is not a guaranteed next day service & strangely up to a week ago cost £5.99 now it's £8.99 for the same service??? I've ordered quite a few times the last few months & in every batch there is at least 1 plant that was clearly in bad shape before it was shipped as it's not the type of damage you get in transit & from other reviews on here I'm not the only customer that's experienced this. Consequently several of these plants have died. Stupid me thought I'll give this company another chance but now that your delivery has increased to ridiculous amounts i won't be ordering again. My parcel supposedly sent yesterday hasn't even reached royal mail yet so I hold out no hope for the state of what I'll receive. Given that other customers have said the company doesn't respond to contact or care when customers complain I doubt this review will bother them but please don't waste your money & go elsewhere for healthier plants & an actual next day delivery service for a £9 charge. I'll be seeking a refund through PayPal as I'm sick of wasting money now.

2 day delivery is two weeks.. three mails across three different platforms. All I received was an auto response. No phone contact available. No email reply. Not even a reply when I commented on a public FB post. Plants arrived half dead. Told I had to pay return postage.. absolute joke of a company.. all the time they are posting new posts on social media about how great they are. Which I found to be a massive insult.. so here is my review. Avoid like the plague. Arrogantly unavailable and ego driven approach to business and customer care.
I ordered plants from Carbeth on 10th March. I still haven't received them on 23rd March. Contacted them and promised to get back to me in 48 hours. Have not heard from them. Asked them for my money back as plants will now be dead. Haven't received a reply to that either. Useless company. Will not be using them again.
