Review Time
I've been waiting since September for a 1/5 scale helmet for a young boy's first Christmas. There have been delays in October, November, and December. Now, I've been told it will be in stock by January 31st! I doubt it will arrive then! This situation is just awful. They keep saying they're waiting on the supplier, but they don’t even deserve one star. I never hear from them; I have to keep reaching out.
The models are excellent. I had a question about my order, which was handled promptly and effectively; they responded to all my emails. The delivery was very fast after the release date. I would recommend this service and plan to order from them again.
I was eager to receive my order, but I'm let down by the lack of communication from the store. I've emailed for an update but haven't received a response. While I understand shipping delays can happen, it's troubling not to get any updates—especially after spending a good amount. It's disappointing because the products look amazing, and seeing someone else’s mini helmet inspired my order. However, the lack of communication has made me hesitant to order again. I hope the store enhances its customer service, as the products themselves appear to be excellent.
A model I had always wanted became slightly out of my budget, but after reaching out, the staff kindly offered me a discount to help me get it. I can't wait for the model to arrive. If you have any doubts about this store, don't hesitate, as the prices are great, the staff is wonderful, and the products are excellent.
