Travis in customer service answered my email inquiry very fast, helped me see what was in stock, and got out my six products very fast. Good products. I have since made two additional purchases. Zero complaints. Good products, good service
Ordered a license plate frame in early March for a BD present. A week later it arrived at my local post office from their plant 100 miles away. Was put on USPS truck for delivery. Was never delivered. Was returned to manufacturer. Numerous emails later I still had no answer. No phone number to call. Went to USPS. Spent an hour there to find out this company failed to put an address on the package. More emails. More days waiting. It’s two weeks now and still waiting for a frame to travel 100 miles and the BD has come and gone. They first tried to blame me and say I refused the shipment. Then after numerous emails they blamed the direct shipper and said not their fault. All this by email. Highly recommend you look elsewhere to purchase your items. They are the epitome of customer no service.
Ordered a few days before Christmas, so I figured it would take some time. They sent me an e-mail saying my item was shipped on 1/8/24. No shipping or tracking info in the e-mail, even though they say they will put it in there. It's 2/1/24, still no package. I have e-mailed multiple times; no response. I wish I had read the reviews before using this company. Impossible to get ahold of, and UPS cannot help because I don't have tracking info. it looks like I, like several others before me, am screwed out of my hard earned money by another BS company.
My first experience with Carroll's Sports Cove was good. They rushed a canopy for me in mid-November. Unfortunately, UPS lost my package.By the time UPS confirmed they had lost the package, it was mid-December. At that point, UPS simply needed the sender to file a claim for me to receive my money back.I contacted Carroll's Sports Cove via email with no response. As it was peak Christmas shopping season, I waited a few weeks. I've emailed multiple times since Christmas with no response from Carroll's Sports Cove. Of course, you cannot call because you get a message that tells you to email them, but they are not responsive.Do not shop on this website. Once they have your money, it's all over.
I have seen the bad reviews and thought that they weren’t true so then I decided to order something to try it out for my self. I ordered an Oregon ducks mini helmet from Carrolls sports cove and these helmets are very hard to find available on other websites. On the website it said that the helmet was available and my I got the email that my order went through. After about a week of waiting, I checked the order status since my package was taking a while and it said that the order was cancelled because the item was out of stock. So overall I would not recommend ordering from Carrolls sports cove and just stick to Amazon because they Ship faster and don’t sell items that are out of stock
Ordered the Detroit Lions BBQ set. Good quality set. Looks great! Definitely would order from this store again. I had a little bit of concern about my order because I didn't receive a tracking number when I got my receipt. But as soon as I emailed Travis he responded back the same day with the number. He said it was shipped through the Post Office, but mine was shipped FedEx. So just check your # at different sights.
