bought an item, it was not the item shown. I sent an email before it was shipped, telling them to make sure its the correct item, and if not to cancel the order and refund my money. they still sent the wrong item. had I seen these reviews prior. I would have never placed this order. absolutely worthless company..

I ordered a “Heavy Duty Aluminum”…

I ordered a “Heavy Duty Aluminum” football helmet. Thinking it was like a license plate thick and thought it was big enough to see from a distance. I received it and it is actually about a 3” sticker made of aluminum foil. I paid $20. I have called, which you can’t talk to anyone because they only communicate thru email. I have emailed, at no response. I have filled out forms to get some kind of number so I can return it. I just wish I read their reviews before I ordered from this place.

Great customer service

I ordered a college license plate. It was delivered cracked. I emailed Carrolls Sports Cove. They immediately replied, asking if I could send a picture. I did, then an immediate reply saying they would send me a new plate. Two days later, the new license plate arrived! Very happy with the immediate attention and prompt action to rectify the problem.

Been a month and a half and nothing

I placed my order on April 27th for a license plate cover. It said item was in stock and should ship out in 1-2 business days. Today is June 9th and I still haven’t received it. I have emailed them twice and haven’t ever gotten a response. I hope I get my order some day but I will never ever order from them again and you shouldn’t either.
