Review Time
Googled a specific item and Carroll's was one of the first places to pop up available, in stock and ready to ship. As a bonus, the item was listed on sale. I purchased the item and checked it off my to find list. 24 hours later I received a notice of order cancellation because the item was out of stock. They need to upgrade their systems to provide real-time availability to their customers and their warehouses. This is why people shop Amazon and big box, because the smaller shops who say they desperately want to compete, don't do the things necessary to win customers.
I ordered a retro helmet, and it took some time to receive it but, Travis was very nice and stayed in touch with me about my order, and when Travis told me it would be in stock, it was and then I received it in a couple of days following it being in stock. I will be ordering my helmets from Travis from now on. Great Company and Experience!!!!
I was a little concerned at first because I hadn’t heard anything from the seller about whether or not the purchased item had been sent out yet. Travis, at the company, relieved my worry and was very communicative going forward. The purse arrived in time to give as a birthday gift for the intended. It’s a beautiful field purse for the football games she plans to attend. I’m very happy with the quality and I know she will be too.
Ordered a MInnesota Wild mini hockey helmet and received a plain white (no Wild decals) helmet that’s not NHL licensed (as stated in their product description) and to top it off the plastic case it’s housed in has a piece of the dome broken and missing (not even in the shipping box) and the box arrived in pristine condition so that clearly states the wrong helmet with its damaged cover/dome was knowingly shipped by Carrols Spirts Cove. I called the provided phone number to try to get this matter resolved and I too heard the prerecorded message stating they were not taking phone calls and to contact them via email, I reached out via email and am still awaiting their response (which after seeing their reviews I know that isn’t coming). I would strongly encourage anyone reading this review to heed my warning and not do business with this company, there are plenty of reputable companies out there, but unfortunately this Is Not one of them… Buyer Beware!PS- if I could give them a zero in my rating of them I would… One is something and these clowns are nothing.
Great experience! I was on a time crunch and needed an item that was a manufacturer-direct item. I went to several sites online that sold the same item. I reached out to many with no response, or just a one line response saying, sorry, they can’t help with shipping because it’s coming from the manufacturer. Travis at Carrolls Sports Cove was the only one who actually took an active interest in helping me. He worked with me and the manufacturer to coordinate the fastest shipping option. He kept in touch daily to ensure things went smoothly. I received the item before my needed deadline. Great service, thank you!
I ordered the steelers throwback yellow helmet along with the panthers blue helmet last week. I received emails telling me the status of my order, and I received my order today. Both helmets arrived (from different locations), but at no point did I NOT have a tracking number or lack of communication from this company. I can't speak for all the negative reviews, but I do know my items arrived in less than a week after I ordered them. VERY SATISFIED!
this is my second trying to reach out to Carrolls i have yet to receive any response i ordered a giant inflatable santa as a gift on 9-28-23 all that i see is a fed-ex number which i looked up and it is not valid so i guess im out 147.00 never again will i order to be scammed .....
