Love my Mini Sling!

I love the Detroit Tigers mini sling bag I purchased! There was a little hiccough with my order, but Travis provided excellent customer service and I received my bag as he promised! Thanks Travis!! Go Get 'Em Tigers!

Wrong team pillow case sent

I ordered Detroit Tiger Bedding (bed in a bag) for my grandson for his birthday. He received it on time however the pillow cases included were for the San Francisco Giants. You can only email this company. It took two emails for them to respond and then they asked for a picture which I sent. I have emailed them 3 times since then and have had no reply

Hello. I received only half of a 2item order. It came with no paperwork, and the bill was paid in full. As I see it, you owe me one puck to complete the order. Or I deserve a refund. Lets get this done. This should not be that difficult. Dave Y.

GREAT Gift & Customer Service

I ordered a college logo pillow from the website, and it was WAY cuter in person than the photos, which is rare! Also, FedEx lost the package and couldn't locate it, and Carrolls Sports Cove was VERY responsive in helping me deal with that. Thank you for a GREAT gift and a pleasant experience!

Don't believe the ship date on the item…

Don't believe the ship date on the item before you order! It said less than a week and it's been 3 weeks and still don't have it! And it doesn't give you a date even after you place the order....never again will they get my business
