Review Time
I bought a watch for my gf.I paid £25 for a 48hr delivery. Watch arrived 8 days later.I've asked for a return of the postage costsEmails sent but no reply.I would stay well clear...could be issues if you wanted a refund for anything faulty.
I was pretty sceptical when I ordered as I didn’t believe that the price could be legit. I Initially I got sent the wrong watch so I had to return it and thought ah here we go that’s why it’s so cheap. But Within the week I had my postage refunded and the original watch I’d ordered sent out. I love it and it was such a good price. Everyone I dealt with was helpful too so I actually have no complaints
An absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. They sent the wrong item, then promised me a replacement and refund of return postage, neither of which I ever received. Constantly trying to get hold of someone but their customer services refuse to engage with any conversation which they don't like the sound of.. Unfortunately I have resorted to taking further action through my bank as a week of empty promises is too long. I want my money back!
