I ordered an I Pad last week from your good selves and you returned my money, I think you where out of stock, so I pursevered and low and behold I ordered another one and this time it arrived, many thanks and I hope to do business with you again.
This is the second time we’ve used smart x direct to buy a mobile phone. I bought an iPhone 7 which was dispatched and delivered on time. It is in immaculate condition and I’m happy with the purchase.Update - Phone is faultyFurther to my previous review, having given the phone to my son as an xmas gift, it has turned out to be faulty (the touch screen keeps failing to work). Now awaiting resolution from Smart X Direct who, interestingly, have claimed the phone was ‘unopened’ when sent to me, despite it arriving without a box.
