First time I have used this company and the iPad arrived quickly and well wrapped. The iPad was not new but you would not know, there is not a mark on it and so far I am very pleased.

If I could give this zero stars I would ! Ordered a watch for my sons birthday last Monday paid for 24 hr dispatch still no confirmation email to say it’s been dispatched checked tracking it’s still being processed.... email them they tell me there behind with orders as there really busy ? So what’s the point in having a 24 hr dispatch option ? Anyway asked for a refund and now I’m getting blanked! Horrendous customer service ! I would keep well away

I was a bit dubious at the start

I was a bit dubious at the start. Paid for 24 hour royal mail dispatch but took 6 days (which was mentioned in the site). Purchased the brand new samsung galaxy watch. Came in original box, all accessories. Cheapest I could find. Very happy with purchase. Customer service very slow to reply. But overall very happy and would use again.
