Item does not charge wirelessly. Contacted them but in order to get a $40 refund they want it shipped to CHINA FOR $50! Horrible company! NEVER BUY FROM THEM! You have to pay for shipping returns to Hong Kong! No free labels. A return costs as much as the purchase. All designed to keep your money. No USA returns. Products are garbage! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
They sent me wrong case after 2 weeks. Not at all what I ordered and expected. I sent many emails to their support and whatapp number but no response. They pretend to be based in the US but I doubt it. Never again!After there reply, I have made numerous attempts to contact them to send me the right case. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received a reponse or the correct case. The wrong case they sent me is available at Temu by the same seller for a lot less cheaper. Save your money. Do not buy at this website 🙄
I have been SCAMMED. The quality of the case was substantially lower than what was advertised. It was supposed to be metal but was cheap plastic. Not worth the premium price I paid. I emailed support and the 60 day warranty has a number of strings attached: you have to pay to ship it all the way back to China. Buyer beware, no not buy!!UPDATE: They offered me 15 dollars to take down my review and give them a 4 star review. This company is a JOKE.
I ordered an item and the wrong item was sent.i was offered return item or receive 50% off new order. Because of their return policy(return to China I accepted the 50% off and reordered) wrong item sent again. I now have 2 items I cannot use so I grabbed the bull by the horns and sent both items back for a total price of $ 69.00. Still no refund or even correspondence after several email attempts.DO NOT BUY FROM CASELESSI tried calling WhatsApp #, does not exist
Terrible company! They sent the wrong size case and expect me to pay to send it to China. They said then they'd replace it, after they receive it back. I won't pay to send it to China when it was their mistake and they said I couldn't send it to their Florida location! I believe the Florida location is bogus.
