Damaged Goods

November 20, 2025To Whom It May Concern:I am a commercial/residential Design Consultant. I have worked with suppliers in China over the years for rugs, antique furniture, household and personal items. My last two purchases were the first with issues. Luckily, one was with Esty who took care of the rude seller with damaged goods and I was immediately reimbursed. The seller did say to go ahead and keep the item as it was insured which now leads me to believe he sent off damaged goods knowing he would get a refund.My mistake with Caseles was ordering direct from them. They supply phone cases, screen protectors and so on. My first order went fine and the case I received for my Iphone Pro Max arrived in good shape. It is quite nice so I ordered another for my husband’s birthday. These items took forever to get here. Unfortunately, the one for my husband arrived damaged. They included a strap with a grommet packed on top of the case as well as one of the sets of screen protectors I ordered. The other set was not in the package. The case would have been fine if they hadn’t tried to pack it all in a small box. My attempts to contact Caseles through their support email...message with photos came back no matter how I tried it Mailer-Daemon came up. I called the number shown on their site and it doesn’t work...mailbox full but offered me an unusual contact option which I did. Later in spam I found a response. After a couple of notes back and forth, I was told it was too expensive to return the case unless I pay for it and the only solution they would offer was half off on another and never once mentioning the order for the screen protector for my husband’s Iphone 17 Pro that was not in the package. Then they said I can send it back myself and when they receive it I will receive a refund. My order was damaged by their carelessness. My regret is I didn’t go through Amazon or Etsy who stand behind their customers over damaged goods. I had planned to order four of these covers for Christmas gifts. I wouldn’t do business with this company direct for sure. I am going to send this note to every distributor of Caseles goods as what they are doing to me, they will do again and ten to one they have these items insured so they will make out ahead. DO NOT BUY

My brother sent me a link to a case he wanted for Christmas, so I ordered it without looking too much into it. Accidentally ordered the wrong size because he sent me the wrong one, so I emailed multiple times the same day about exchanging sizes. Never got a response. Called and a man answered, saying he would get someone to respond to those emails. Never did. Emailed again, instead asking for a refund. Never got a response. Tried calling, and the number stopped going through. The package arrived, so I emailed with pictures of it asking for a refund since I never opened the package. Never got a response. Am now out $40 and quite upset with this "company". Avoid at all costs!!! They will scam you out of your money and they do not even follow their own policies.

Order number CASE 1019257. Items 1x ERIC iPhone 17 Pro max leather case and 3x privacy protection screen. Ordered on 31-10-2025. Order came yesterday 11-11-25. Wrong case I don’t know which one they sent as it’s not on their website and it’s only got 1 card slot and no money pouch. and I got clear screen protectors. I have put a complaint to them via their website they have not said sorry or we will send out the right order but offered me a $5 refund on a $49 order. So I’ve got a case and screen protectors that are not fit for the purpose for what I ordered. Now I’ve got to find something more suitable so that’s more expense, im disabled with severe spinal stenosis where I’ve got the vertebrae constantly rubbing on the nerves in neck and lower spine, so internet shopping is easier for me, well obviously not this time. I will see what happens next as I really needed this case to protect my new phone sorry for going on kim. Just accepted a $10 refund not going to argue any further also just bought a different case from shieldon hopefully as it’s coming from UK won’t have a problem with it

Horribly cheap phone and credit card…

Horribly cheap phone and credit card case received today after a very long wait fir shipping. Its just another poorly constructed piece of junk from a Chinese scam company. Calls to their USA customer service phone went unanswered and no response at all using their chat tool. Buyer beware. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!!!

A dreadful company- avoid!!…

I waited 5 weeks for my phone wallet and when it arrived it was the wrong one!! Communication with this company is hopeless. I’ve sent several emails about their error with my order but no reply. A total waste of time and money. Don’t buy from them!! A shocking company.

SCAM!

Purchased a product with shipping within 6-9 business days and it took a month to receive. Cannot track item accurately as it comes straight from China. Wrong item received and have been unable to reach them through support for almost a week now. Poor customer service. Misleading saying they are a Florida based company. When inquiring about a return all I received was an automated message telling me I needed to return it to a China address. DO NOT BUY!

Don’t buy from this company. I ordered a case and sent proof that it was faulty . They won’t take the return but offered for me to pay half and they would send another one . Represents themselves as a FL based company. Product shipped from China. A month in and I've not received my order. Tracking shows it was once in my delivery city, but now had bounced all over with no status in 10 days. Package definitely seems to be lost. No response via online chat or email to support. Terrible.
