Do NOT order from this company! They sent me the wrong color and I have to send it back to China at my expense- over $200 is the CHEAPEST way to send it! They will NOT provide return shipping for THEIR mistake! And it is a flimsy case as well! Shady trash company! No refund. I got taken. Please don’t take a chance with them.
When I received a link from my grandson to purchase an iPhone case he sent 12 Pro, but when I clicked on it, it changed to IPhone 16 without me changing it. I didn’t know this until I receive the wrong case some 30 days later.As a result of a technical problem on your end, I just now ordered a new case, this time the right size, which cost me $28.99. Even to this day, when I click on the link he sent me for a 12 Pro, your technology chances to a 16 for ordering.This is a problem that you need to correct.
It was easy to purchase. A little more info as to how the case works or comes apart would be helpful. I’m still not sure if the wallet part comes off, I hope it does, but couldn’t find a description whether you can take it off and put it back in.
