These people just don't know how to treat their customers. I ordered a case when they told me shipping would take 2 to 3 days. That was an outright lie!They never told me the case would be coming from CHINA, and had I known that, I would never have ordered it. And then they stonewalled me when I wrote emails to complain.If you care about when your order arrives, DO NOT ORDER FROM this company!!!
Shit.. i thought this was a uk sight at first caseles.co.uk , i placed my order for 136 pounds on 11 th Jan . Till this day I’m still waiting for my correct product. The correct product has been in the post 3 months . Still i do not have it . You can message all you like very polite but no product. Logistic have change can’t get it . It was meant to be a uk company . If i wanted to order from abroad i would have chosen an international site. What a bummer of an experience
DO NOT ORDER FEOM THIS COMPANY!This was order in early December and was supposed to be a Christmas gift. When I saw that there was NO tracking info on the 14th- I emailed the company and asked them to cancel the order. And their response was “wait 1-2 days for tracking”. On the 27th I contacted them again and asked for a full refund as the product had still not arrived and I received the same response!! When the package was finally received, I told them to supply me with a return label at their expense, but they gave me a foreign address (China) to ship back to & said that even though their product was made in the US (which it was clearly NOT), they processing center is in China! What the hell?! So for me to ship this $140 order back, it will cost me half of that!
Do yourself a favor avoid this “company”. I placed an order on their website on 11/26/2025 for 3 Cellphones cases. As of 12/21/2025 I am still waiting for the 3rd case to arrive. I’ve sent multiple emails. I was hung up on by their customer support phone representative twice the second time I called asking to speak to their manager. I’m in the customer service industry as well. I’ve always taken the stance mistakes happen; it how you take care of the mistake that set you apart from the pack. This “Company” would really like to pocket your money from the order, fail to deliver on time. Their solution is further earn your disrespect by ignoring you and taking their time to solve the problem they created. They put a picture of an American Flag on their website; yet as of 12/19/2025 the missing part of my order was still in China. So we claim to be an American company?
I ordered a case for a i phone 17 Pro. Model name-- Eric.First of all, it is not what was on the web site. it had no pocket for cash, it had only one card slot where the picture showed 4 one with clear window for drivers license and no wrist strap. The phone said it was designed in Florida, but it actually was shipped from China after several weeks..
Hello I ordered a case and when I received it it did not look like the picture. I emailed the company right away to start a return and they responded within a day with a solution. I didn’t want the first solution and didn’t want to ship it back and pay for that. The next email they offered an even better solution! Keep the case, full refund AND a 30 percent discount on a future order! Definitely customer first mentality!
I ordered a case September 9th. It is now almost Thanksgiving. I have received no case. Somehow it was shipped to me and the miraculously returned to sender. I never actually received the package. Although it was returned before Halloween somehow they said it is too late for a refund. They then offered me another case at half price i am still demanding refund.
They sent me a device cover that wouldn't allow Biometrics to work on my phone. When I pointed it out, they blackmailed me into leaving a good review or no refund. I did and now Im here updating, since I got my refund.Avoid this bogus Chinese seller who has nothing to do with Florida and it ships from Hong Kong ripping off Americans with defective stuff. That's after waiting a month.Caseless is spelled this way. That's a red flag! Cannot even spell correctly.
