Review Time
Took three weeks to arrive. Seems fine on the outside, but "Briana" for iPhone 14 has *paper dividers* for the accordion card section. I've opened that section 3 times and the papers are already tearing out. At first I thought the paper was protective packing, so I looked at the online images again. They put fake cards in the photos so the paper divider isn't visible. Very disappointing AND misleading.
Company is misleading and claims they’re located in Florida. My phone case ended up coming from China. For the price I paid, I could’ve got something similar off Amazon for at least half of the price. Case ended up stateside & tracking is in limbo with USPS. Save your money. Waste of time & beyond annoyed with the situation.
We ordered a case and it was the wrong size. They said they would only give us our money back if we returned it to Hong Kong. Guess how much it was going to cost to send that $40.00 case to Hong Kong? $200.00. We sent it to the Miami, Florida address they have listed on their website. The address did not exist and now UPS has it at their GA office. The company is deceitful and really a scam.
Never received the product. I sent different emails to support. Wrote down a review here (negative obviously). Got an answer straight the day after saying they were sorry and to contact again the support. Did it right away. Still waiting for an answer and refund back....wich will probably never happen. Scaaaaaammeeeers.......
The absolute worst! First off, this is NOT a U.S. company as they would lead you to believe. Fake phone number and address. Ships from China. I ordered several items which took forever to arrive. One item was missing and another was the wrong one. Additionally, the $45 "Premium Leather" case was a cheap piece of garbage. Their site claims you can return with a free shipping label if you're in the U.S.. After multiple requests for a refund for the missing item and exchange or return for the wrong one, I was told they would give me a store credit for what I didn't receive and that they were out of the screen protector I ordered. They said they sent one that is "better" but wouldn't let me return it even though I didn't want it. I said NO and now I want to return my entire order for a refund. Then they ignored me. Sooo, I filed a claim with PayPal. THEN they decide to respond and said I had to pay for return shipping! In the end, PayPal settled 100% in my favor. I got my money back and am now the owner of a pile of junk. Total Scammers! I'm so confused about where these positive reviews come from.
Case was broken when it arrived. Trying to return it has been an exercise in frustration. They provide you with their refund policy, but no specific instructions for to send the case back... How about an address???I would never deal with these donkeys ever again.
I placed an order on 4/5/25. I received a tracking number but nothing since. I’ve sent emails to their support address, no reply. I’ve tried calling, the mailbox is full. I’ve now sent a text. Appalling service. No way to know how to get a refund.
Waited over 2 wks to get my case that I paid over 50$ for only to get the wrong case ans wrong color and didn't come w the two.credit card flaps an license holder or.change zipper and i have been waiting 2 wks to send my old phone into my.phone company but can't t.i get mycase an now I still can't bcuz this company wants to charge Me top dollar dor.the most basic case that has nothing on it.that I ordered so to say I'm AGVRIVATED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. The caee they sent me isn't worth 50 $ as it.doesnt have anything that the $50 cases come with the fact that I had to wait over 2 wks only to get aSent a cheaper case in the wrong. Color an the phone co wants to. Charge me $800 bcuz I haven't sent my old phone in yet as I hve been waiting on my. Case
