Well, after 35 days without a tracking no to check status of delivery I gave up and bought elsewhere, they finally arrived after 40 days and of course the quality was not there, I emailed them and advised to send them back to china and demanded a tracking no, beware when sending things back this cost us £26 from the post office, I won’t buy from this company againShirley Butler
I ordered the magnetic phone case for my Samsung S20 Ultra, it took 2 weeks for it to arrive due to the fact they shipped it from China though supposedly there is a distributor in Florida (Probably a front entity to entice American buyers stateside). Nevertheless, upon opening, I visually noticed the case itself was thinner than my actual phone, when I tried putting my phone in the case, it not only did not align correctly from the back portion of the case, but the top portion would not fit properly to where it would enclose the phone entirely, if the right side snaps closed, the seam on the left side will not snap tight and vice versa. My first mistake was not doing my research as that is something I typically do when purchasing a product from a company I know little about, so that part is on me, but at the same time, though most products out of China are for the most part may not be the best, it is usually good enough for standard satisfaction, unfortunately, this is not the case with Caseles as I have seen better 3d modeling products better than the substandard products they offer. I recommend to anyone reading this review, do not buy their products, and their US Florida address is just a front to entice US buyers.
Finally received a substitute product and it does not even fit my phone. Specifically ordered a Google pixel 6a case and it's the wrong size. I'm not sure what they can do to improve. I ordered in February. They said I received it when I hadn't then months later offered a substitute and it's still wrong. I'll never get back my 55 dollars I'm sure.
I initially ordered a case and screen protector pack for $55.24 expecting them to be of good quality. Their shipping time frame is listed on the website as being 1-3 days for processing and 3-6 days for delivery. The case shipped out of China and took almost 3 weeks, to which it was handed off to a delivery company I had never even heard of (GOFO) to whom informed me they could not deliver to me. After communicating with the delivery company they informed me the order had been returned to CASELES. Come November 5th, I get an email from CASELES telling me they have received the product and I can pay to have them redeliver it, or, "Failure to provide feedback by the deadline will result in the package being abandoned by default."I responded to the email the very next morning asking for a refund of the product to which as of now, the 13th of November I have heard nothing back. The company now has the product and the payment and I haven't gotten a response back yet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Stick with Amazon. UPDATE: The company reached out, and offered to refund me $10, of the $55.24 that I spent, despite the return being unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging, within 60 days in accordance with their return policy. They have not responded again.
Don't believe the positive reviews. I 100% believe they are fake. My order was confirmed on August 24. Not too long after, I received verification that it was shipped. I was supposed to receive my order on Sep 12. It is now the 17th and it is still not here despite tracking showing that it has been in my hometown since the 12th. I am beginning to wonder if they sent anything and if they did send my items, why did they choose USPS? USPS is the absolute worst way to send packages in the U.S. They have lost or delayed nearly everything they have attempted to ship to me along with some returns. I'm actively trying to find out where my order is but I can't find a phone number for Caseles and I have been waiting for two hours on a chat page for someone to answer.
This company's perpetuating a con by saying they are in FL and hiding that it is shipping internationally (you would be hard pressed to find a page on their site that discloses this. Even on the FAQ page, they provide the exact same time frame as it would if it were shipping from the west coast to the east coast or vice versa. My issue in orders shipped from overseas is that it is cost prohibitive to return an item to Asia. As of now, I don't have my case and the tracking finally shows some action but it is still in China, far longer than they claim it will take to show where the package is. They've also ignored my email.
Should have come here before buying from them. Magnet on purse doesn't work with any other iphone protector than the cheap one they include with the purse. weak magnet also. Returns are to hong kong and cost more than the item. Never buying from them again.
