I ordered an S25 Ultra case from this company, front and back with privacy front cover for £31 after a 10% discount. On the initial enquiry, I was quoted 2-4 days for delivery. It turned up at 5.30pm on the 9th day. I would have been ok with, being an overseas delivery, which was not clear from the begining. However, it was completly the wrong case that only covers the back and you can get a similar one online, for around £5. I tried their online chat, email and the mobile number that claims to be available on Whatsapp, which is not the case - no reply. Evenually I received an email with a £7.50 refund!! Emailed back 3 times, to ask for the exact case I orderd or a full refund, no reply. Do not risk your money and waste your time. It is a scaming company, assuming it is a comany on the first placeUPDATE - Nothing happened after the "nicely wriiten" reply to my review. No follow up after 24 hours as they claimed, no reply to my email asking for a follow up, no refund, no correct case received. Avoid them and do not be scamed like me.
I receive my case for an iphone 16pro, but due to circumstances bought an iphone 16 promax, so obviously the case was the wrong size.E mailed them to return, got offer of new one half price to fit.Emailed again saying I wished to return, response was to return to China, cost of post £18.75, so wrote twice and said I would accept half as a refund.This has received no reply.Please check before buying from China, albeit I thought this was a US company as they have a Miami address!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Paid $41 for a VINYL case that was supposed to be leather. Of course this shady outfit never responds to negative reviews. Go with SNAKEHIVE if you want leather and high quality. And this company is so lazy and unprofessional it copied and pasted a response that has nothing to do with my review. I never tried to return the case for my iPhone 14.
Ordered a case for my phone. I was sent the wrong case, not my fault, I gave them the right phone case I needed. I sent an email letting them know the issue. They responded by asking for pictures of the case I received, the original packaging and pictures of my phone. I sent everything they asked for. A week later, nothing but crickets from them. I have sent several emails and received nothing back from them. I tried calling only to get voice mail. I left a message, nothing back from them. What's up with the Montana phone number, the Miami FL address when is ships from China?!!! This company is a scam at its finest!!😡😡
i ordered a case and requested a return, they offered me 10.00 on a 47.95 purchase - what a scam. This is a fully Chinese company with no offices in the US, they have fake numbers and office locations but they are just for show. you can't even leave a message on the number for customer service and no one will ever answer since it is just a setup to make you think they are located in the US. THEY ARE NOT. get the same cases from a reputable company that will take returns and answer their phone. I found the same case for 19.95 on Amazon - where you can return without issues!
This place is a scam cheap Chinese product ordered a 50$ iPhone 16 pro max case took over a month to finally get it and it don’t fit my phone cannot get ahold of these people to make it right at all beware scam Chinese website
