I am six years in your company, from two days i brought a phone with three settlements, they took the first payment immediately which is ok , and thr next day they took the second payment, and till now nobody can give me an explanation at all .The agreement is28 November 30 December 30 januaryHow could that beAnd nobody cares ehat is the mistake is
Bad services, bad prices and bad staff… This is my conclusion after being their customer for over 7 years… If details are needed: everything started with a call from them offering me “better” abonament… after the call I ended up with worse abonament… Also they stated that their 5g routers would get speed around 300mbps… Best I’ve seen within a week was 70mbps download and 1mbps upload… 🥹 not even close to their statements… Then in order to cancel the abonaments… oh that was fun… I needed to call them like 3-4 times in order to get everything in order… I moved to another provider and now I am much happier with what I get for what I pay…
