Bad services, bad prices and bad staff… This is my conclusion after being their customer for over 7 years… If details are needed: everything started with a call from them offering me “better” abonament… after the call I ended up with worse abonament… Also they stated that their 5g routers would get speed around 300mbps… Best I’ve seen within a week was 70mbps download and 1mbps upload… 🥹 not even close to their statements… Then in order to cancel the abonaments… oh that was fun… I needed to call them like 3-4 times in order to get everything in order… I moved to another provider and now I am much happier with what I get for what I pay…
