I had an absolutely terrible experience with CBB Mobile. When I traveled to Asia, my CBB Mobile had no network at all, so I didn’t even use it. Yet, I was charged for data usage I was completely unaware of.To make things worse, they suddenly closed my number without giving me any time to resolve the issue. They even handed my case over to Alektum without any prior notice. When I called CBB customer service, they were completely unhelpful, saying they couldn’t do anything and that my number was permanently closed.As if that wasn’t bad enough, they continued sending me subscription bills even after my number was shut down! The treatment and service from this company are beyond terrible. I strongly advise everyone to Avoid CBB Mobile at all costs!
