Review Time
Ever since I travelled to Turkey just over a month ago, I haven't been receiving any mobile data back in Denmark whilst still being charge my monthly fee. On top of that I was charged extra when I was in Turkey, forcing me to buy a sim.. I couldn't even use the service I was paying 450dkk for. I saw another review of someone named Nick that went through the same thing, how is this acceptable? It truly feels like I've been scammed, losing over 700dkk, not being able to enter the app via MitID, and finding no relevant information to help find what happened. There are many better options here in Denmark over CBB and Telenor that don't feel like a massive scam and don't make you feel helpless especially if you don't speak Danish. extremely disappointed.
