If you have think of having an account with CBB - DON'T.For all the internet services I have here in Denmark, this company was the worst.I tried to deactivate my account after the 6 month period, because of awful internet connection. They said they would and then they just re-activate it without warning. I received an email that my account was re-activated because it should end next month instead. I asked why and they said because that is how it is and they cannot do something about it. And on top of that nonsense I have to pay twice at my supposedly last month because they said they would end it instead and refund me my money back.So, I have already paid once, received an email that I need to pay again because they have processed the refund (which I have not received) and I got this pending 100kr penalty if I do not pay it in a few days!Save yourself the trouble of having this relentless curse.
