Awesome experience with CBB

Awesome experience with CBB. The online subscription is super easy even for foreigners, even the option to keep your old phone number and changing providers. I highly recommend.

Admitted misinformation but refused refund

I had a very disappointing experience with CBB Mobile due to incorrect guidance from their customer service team.Because of misleading information, I couldn’t properly use my line abroad, was overcharged, and my line was even suspended. After a price increase, I decided to transfer my number to another provider.Before transferring, I contacted customer service twice (once in November and again January) to confirm whether I would be refunded for the unused part of the month. I was clearly told yes. Later, customer service even reviewed the call recordings and admitted that I had been misinformed.Despite this:-I was charged for the full month on 1 January-My number was transferred on 6 January-CBB Mobile is now refusing to refund the unused daysAcknowledging incorrect information but still refusing a refund is unacceptable. This experience shows a serious lack of accountability and transparency. I would not recommend CBB Mobile based on this experience.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service. Christophe at CBB was so helpful when we called. A new router was sent and to us within 2 days. All our communications with CBB have been excellent, helpful, and professional .

Bad from start

Bad from start. They send me the router and started to charge me right away. But the router doesn’t work cause it needs a SIM card. I called them like 4 times and basically they don’t know what happened they tell me they are sending me a SIM card every time I call. They can not stop the payment. When I explain the situation on phone they also are like I can not do much , it is what it is attitude. What a waste of time Edit: Hi Linda , no because I received CBB mobile simcard on my post and many other deliveries before. I wrote you a mail.

I close down abonnent on 30 september…

I close down abonnent on 30 september and I ask the customer service if is anything else to pay and after they say no you do not need to pay nothing. And in december I get bill for 399 because abonament was not closed. They said I cancel cancelation and abonament go further on . Very dissapointed.
