I love the bras. They are incredibly supportive and comfortable. I love them so much I have already placed another order for a few more pairs.I also ordered the panties. I ordered a Size: S as that is my usual size and also the size the size guide said online. The mesh ripped on the left side the first time I wore them but they also feel way too tight and uncomfortable and I changed out of them after a few hours. Maybe a size larger would have been better
I ordered two bras which arrived after about 10 days. I was really impressed with how they felt and looked but unfortunately they were slightly too small. I contacted customer service who replied very quickly. I was delighted to find that they would send out the next size up, at no cost to me, and I could gift the original ones. Excellent service and a lovely producft.
I'm really happy with my new bras, they are so soft and gently on the skin, with no pulling and tugging which makes my life a whole lot easier as I suffer with hiatus hernia and acid reflux symptoms, which can be awfully painful, even to the point of taking the bra off for relief! I don't have to now at all. I highly recommend these bras. I had wonderful service from the company too, as my first ordered size was incorrect for me, which they willing replaced with the right ones, and their follow up service was exemplary. Well done to them all.
I’ve had the same issues as all of these other people. I ordered two bras but they had absolutely no support and didn’t fit at all. When I contacted customer services I was talked into taking two more “better suited” to my size. I wasn’t told that I would be unable to get a refund. When these two didn’t fit either, I wasn’t told at that point that they would not refund my money.
