I just wanted to say thank you! Received my replacement and it’s bloody brilliant! I’m so pleased to find a bra that actually feels comfy and does the job. Wore it horse riding today, was a little worried about not having wires but I needn’t have worried. Boobs stayed firmly in place and I was comfortable. I didn’t have one mark on me from the bra.I’m going to order more, all wired bras will be chucked out.. thank god!
I ordered two bras, although the fit was not quite right for me. When I contacted customer service, they were incredibly helpful. They explained that the bras cannot be returned for a refund, however, under their perfect guarantee fit, I could choose new ones in any style and size I liked at no extra cost, and I could keep the original ones as well.I am now waiting for my replacements and I am quite keen to see how they turn out. The bra I tried was very comfortable and matched the product description, it simply was not the correct fit for me. I am hopeful the new ones will be exactly what I want.The service itself has been excellent. The only reason I am giving four stars rather than five is that they do not offer returns for a refund, only exchanges.
Truly caring company that wants the best for their customers - my first bra was too big and they replaced it with another size at no cost to me - a rare thing to experience these days! My second bra was a perfect fit and is so comfortable I’ve gone back for more. Love these bras - give them a try!
