I bought the Seamless Soft V Neck Wireless Full Support Jelly bra .It is so perfect for me as it gives get support but smooth shape especially when I need it . I have had a double mastectomy and two reconstructions 26 years apart so my boobs aren’t equal with no nipples and this makes it essential that I have good shape and smoothness in my bra .So impressed I ordered another ❤️
I order 2 bras and some knickers. These products are beautiful. The deep V push up is so soft and comfortable. The models on the ads are all well endowed so I was concerned about the fit for my little boobies but pleased to see it was fine. I did find the strapless bra couldn't make it around my back but the team at Celeste D'or Curve were quick to respond to my inquiry and they couldn't have been more helpful and I have another bra on the way. The knickers are too small for me (I'm usually a 10/12 and ordered M) but I can tell they will be comfy so have upsized to a large. The customer experience here is outstanding.
Great product, great customer service. I've never encountered a bra so comfortable. After a long day it's not cutting into you, hurting in any way. I was so pleased that I've bought the dame style in a different colour and a strapless one also. The underwire bras are being ditched forever.
ordered £68 worth of bras. None fit properly, so I contacted customer service. I was told under their Perfect Fit Guarantee that I didn’t need to return the bras, and I could keep or gift them while ordering replacements. I followed this advice and ordered three new bras — again, none fit. When I tried to return them ALL! customer service refused, claiming using the Perfect Fit Guarantee cancels my right to a refund. This was never mentioned at any stage. Previously, their customer service responded within a day, but now it’s been six days and they are ignoring my emails. Their website and product pages advertise free replacements with no need to return and their policy conflicts with UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), and it feels deliberately misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this brand, as their “guarantees” are confusing and appear designed to avoid refunds
I have been looking for a comfy wireless and supportive bra for a while and the Deep V Push-up is my favorite so far! My breasts are average sized, saggy and far apart which means I don’t get a whole lot of push-up with this bra but I wasn’t expecting much. It’s comfortable. Looks great under a tight tee. I emailed customer service because I hadn’t seen any communication regarding shipping and they were quick, friendly and answered my questions. I’m looking forward to trying more of their bras!
I bought two bras, they were great quality, but too small. I emailed asking how I could return and had an excellent customer service experience. They told me I could keep the two that I bought, and would send two more bras in the correct size for free. I was thrilled with their communication and how easy the process was. Would absolutely recommend!
